The founders of e2020 have over 90 years of collective experience in infrastructure project management and software development. Each one of e2020's executives are recognized leaders in their respective areas of expertise within the industry. They are charged with a duty to deliver efficient and proven results.

Yok Pang

President and Co-Founder

Mr. Pang is a licensed professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in engineering information systems and civil engineering project management. His project experience includes motorways in the United Kingdom, subway in Hong Kong and toll roads in California. He holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and a M.Sc. in Highway & Traffic Engineering.

Hon Yow

Vice President and Co-Founder

Mr. Yow is a licensed professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in the planning, design, and construction of highways, ports, new communities, and hotels. Mr. Yow joined Mr. Pang to found ACT Consulting Engineers, Inc., in 1995. Mr. Yow holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and a M.Sc. in Transportation Systems.

Howard Shao

Chairman, Co-Founder & Technical Advisor

Howard has more than 30 years of experience in the engineering and development of mission-critical software and software systems. He was Chief Technology Officer, Executive Vice President and Founder of Documentum.
A passionate technologist, Howard currently serves on the Board of Directors for e2020 Technology Inc. He received his BS in Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his MBA from Pepperdine University.
